After a lifetime in education as a teacher of geography in 2 schools, lecturer in a teacher training college and finally as an Area Education Officer, I retired and became a school governor in Goole and subsequently North Ferriby. 

 

I have always been interested in governor development and was a founder member of the Council of ERAGB and the first Secretary.  Married with 3 children and 3 grandchildren.  Interests include: painting, learning Spanish, music, walking and Rotary.
